• Extensive Vacuuming to remove all construction dust on surfaces and in vents.
• Wipe all surfaces, baseboards, doors and window frames
• Interiors and exteriors of all cabinetry
• Full kitchen and bathroom clean
• Window Cleaning – we take great care to clean new glass which can have paint overspray, stucco, cement, silicon and sticker glue that needs to be removed.
• Floors – after the trades are out the floors always need extra cleaning. We mop as many times as needed to make the floors shine.
